THE BURNHAM is one of the most successful of Kimpton Hotels and Resort’s unique portfolio of boutique hotels. The Hudson Group provided repeat services to a lender associated with the financing of this asset, which is considered a category leader in its market.

CASA DEL MAR The Hudson Group provided underwriting and diligence services to a mezzanine lender on this beachfront luxury hotel. The Hudson Group has extensive experience in the West Los Angeles hotel market having provided diligence services on assets as diverse as the London LA, Mondrian, Sofitel, Ambrose, Beverly Hilton, Avalon, Sheraton Delfina, Maison 140, and the Marriott LAX, among others.

THE DELANO is one of the most successful resorts in South FloridaThe Hudson Group has provided lenders with diligence in several key Florida markets including Miami, Miami Beach, Ft. Lauderdale, Orlando, Tampa, West Palm Beach, Key West, Jacksonville, and Naples. Assets have ranged from nationally branded limited and full service hotels to world renowned hotels such as Boca Raton Resort & Club and the Fontainebleau.

FAIRMONT KEA LANI The Hudson Group provided lender due-diligence services associated with a re-financing of this luxury resort located in the Wailea area of Maui. The Hudson Group has extensive experience in the Hawaiian Islands including assignments on such prominent assets as the Ritz-Carlton Kapalua, Sheraton Maui, Royal Hawaiian, and the Mandarin Oriental Kahala, among others.

THE HUDSON HOTEL is the New York flagship hotel of Morgans Hotel Group. The Hudson Group has provided underwriting to multiple lenders on Morgan’s unique portfolio of lifestyle hotels. Our work product included detailed market analyses and financial reviews allowing third-parties to understand these complex, uniquely successful hotels.

THE LOWELL The Hudson Group provided diligence and underwriting for this world-class luxury hotel located on New York’s Upper East Side. The Hudson Group has broad experience in the New York hotel market including limited service, full service, luxury, and boutique hotels located throughout Manhattan’s numerous submarkets.

MARRIOTT LEGACY PARK The Hudson Group has provided underwriting and diligence services in many key Texas markets including Austin, Dallas, Houston, and SanAntonio. Our extensive experience in these markets has included such prominent assets as the Marriott San Antonio RiverCenter, Hyatt Regency San Antonio, Renaissance Worthington Hotel, Hilton DFW Lakes, Marriott Las Colinas, MarriottLegacy Park, Embassy Suites Austin, and the Sheraton Austin.

THE MARRIOTT SEATTLE WATERFRONT is part of the CNL Portfolio, one of the largest hotel transactions of 2006. The Hudson Group provided diligence services on 49 assets located throughout the United States for a major Wall Street lender.

THE PALMER HOUSE HILTON is one of the nation’s largest and best-known convention hotels. The Hudson Group provided complex underwriting to a consortium of lenders associated with an acquisition and re-development financing of this classic urban hotel. The Hudson Group has provided diligence on major convention hotels in key markets such as New Orleans, San Antonio, Orlando, Atlanta, and San Francisco.

THE ROYAL HAWAIIAN The Hudson Group provided due diligence services on the Royal Hawaiian and other assets in the Kyo-Ya Portfolio. The Hudson Group has performed assignments on nearly all the large hotels in Waikiki including the Sheraton Waikiki, Moana-Surfrider, Sheraton Princess Kaiulani, Hyatt Regency Waikiki, Marriott Waikiki, and the Mandarin Oriental Kahala.

THE SHERATON PALACE is one of eight landmark hotels in the Kyo-Ya Portfolio. The Hudson Group provided diligence services to multiple lenders relating to an acquisition financing of the Portfolio and a subsequent re-financing. The Portfolio includes trophy-quality assets in San Francisco, Orlando, and on the Hawaiian Islands of Oahu and Maui.

THE SOFITEL NEW YORK The Hudson Group provided due diligence services for an acquisition financing of three of Sofitel’s North American hotels. Executed in a very short time frame, the Hudson Group’s work product allowed the lender to rapidly close a large, complex transaction. Each of the three hotels in the Portfolio were in varying stages of stabilization, including one hotel which was undergoing a major renovation and re-positioning.

THE VICEROY is the flagship hotel in KOR Hotel Group’s portfolio of lifestyle hotels and resorts. The Hudson Group provided diligence services for lenders on several of KOR’s unique properties including Maison 140, the Avalon, Sheraton Delfina, and Villa del Sol.

VILLA DEL SOL The Hudson Group provided due diligence services relating to an acquisition financing of Villa del Sol (now the Tides Zihuatanejo). The Hudson Group has extensive experience in major off-shore resort areas such as Los Cabos, Cancun, Puerto Vallerta, and many Caribbean Islands including Aruba, the Bahamas, Grand Cayman, Jamaica, the US Virgin Islands, and Puerto Rico.
